Please, carry next documents at the time of collection of your passport:

Prove of payment.
Document which proves the identity of the applicant.
Power of attorney and copy of the representative’s domestic passport, in case the passport is collected by a representative. If the passport is collected by a relative, certificate accrediting family links must be provided.
