Please note:
- Visa Fees are payable in Russian rubles as per the prevailing exchange rates.
- There is a service charge of 1.457 rubles (inclusive of VAT) per application over and above the visa fees for all applicants.
- The fees are non-refundable.
Visa Fees exceptions:
- Children under 6 years;
- Disabled persons of any group (only citizens of Russian Federation);
- One accompanying person of a disabled person of the 1st group (only citizens of Russian Federation);
- Relatives of EU citizens: spouses, children (including adopted),parents (including custodians), grandparents and grandchildren if documents confirming family relationship are provided;
- Close relatives of citizens of Russian Federation who have residence permit in Spain.
Service Fee exceptions:
- Children under 6 years;
- Disabled persons of 1st group and one companion (only citizens of Russian citizens).
