Please note that to submit your visa application at the Spain Visa Application Centres in Moscow and Yekaterinburg you must schedule an appointment. In Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Ufa, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Omsk, Saratov, Vologda, Arkhangelsk, Smolensk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Perm and Voronezh you can submit your application without appointment.

One appointment must include all the applicants who need to obtain a visa (including minor children and children included in a passport). Please note that the appointment system allows you to create a single appointment for all the participants of a trip. To do this, select “Add applicant” during the appointment scheduling process.

Please note that the accompanying persons will be asked to wait outside the Visa Application Centre.

If you don’t get to the Visa Application Centre at the appointed time, you will have to schedule a new appointment for another day. We encourage you to arrive not earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Please print the confirmation letter that you will receive in your email address and bring it with you when you go to the Visa application Centre for your visa application.
