How to submit a visa application by courier?

Citizens of Belarus now have the possibility to send their visa applications by courier to the Visa Application Centre. The procedure is as follows:

Applicant has to go to the bank and pre-pay all fees. Fees that need to be paid at the bank are visa fees (2.417 Rubles), service charge (1.180 Rubles).

Also, if the applicant wants his passport sent back to him by courier, must pay the shipping from Moscow to Minsk or in any city in Belarus, included in the list of serviceable cities

Transit time for express delivery from Minsk to Moscow: 1-2 working days
Processing time at the Consulate of Spain: 8 days.
Transit time for express delivery from Moscow to Minsk or in the city included in the list of cities served: from 1 to 4 business days.

Restrictions on the number of passports: no more than 5 package of documents on a single invoice. When making a bill in the offices of DHL, you must specify the number of passports.
Approximate weight of one package of documents (one applicant): Up to 0.5 Kg.
A package of documents for a visa for each applicant is a list of documents, which depends on the purpose of the trip.
With the package of documents, you must also attach the proof of payment of fees for each applicant: The consular fee, service charge and fee for the re-express delivery of your passport if necessary.

IMPORTANT: In Belarus, DHL serves only the city of Minsk, and all other cities in the list maintained by third parties.

Kindly follow this link for instructions on how to fill in the bank form. We remind you that all fees are paid per application. Please indicate full name and passport number at the column "payer". If you are paying for several applications in one invoice, full name and passport number of ALL applicants should be stated at the column "payer".

Wait for 24 hours from the time of payment at VTB24 bank before sending your application by courier. Your documents will only be accepted if your payment has reached our account. In the event that your payment has not reached our account, your application will be withheld until such payment is received.

Attention applicants applying directly at the Visa Application Centre: We will not accept payments made through Bank!

Incomplete applications
If the supporting documentation for your application is not complete, you will be contacted at the telephone number indicated in your application form to request you to supply the pending documents as soon as possible. In such a case, the usual delay for processing your application (4 working days from the day that it is deposited by DHL at the Visa Centre) would be suspended until you supply the pending documents and the application is complete.
