Applicant has to go to any branch of VTB24 Bank and pre-pay all fees. Fees that need to be paid at the bank are visa fees (1.410 Rubbles), service charge (1.180 Rubbles) and, in case the applicant wants his passport to be returned by courier, the courier service fee. The documents need to be addressed to the Spanish Visa Application Centre in Moscow through the company DHL. The telephone numbers and addresses can be found on the site www.dhl.ru

In the DHL office, the applicant will pay only the cost of the addressing of the documents to the Spain Visa Application Centre. The courier fee for the return of the documents must be paid in the VTB24 along with the rest of the fees.

To find out which courier fees applies for the devolution of the documents through DHL, call to the (499) 235 33 70 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00.

Such fees are per application.

Find out which courier fees apply by clicking on www.dhl.ru ("Check Price" field). The applicant needs to call DHL for collection of documents and pay DHL for one way courier. One envelope per application needs to be handed over to DHL along with supporting documentation as per the checklist , including the fees payment receipt (make as many copies of this receipt as applications in case of paying for several applicants in one invoice).
Also, we are glad to offer our clients the new SMS service. If you wish, is possible to order the SMS service to track the state of your visa application, for this you have to fill this form and to pay the service (85 roubles) with the rest of the fees.

If you are paying for several applications in one invoice, full name and passport number of ALL applicants should be stated at the column "payer".

Important!
Fees can only be paid at VTB24 Bank. Payments or transfers through other banks will not be accepted.

Wait for 24 hours from the time of payment at VTB24 bank before sending your application by courier. Your documents will only be accepted if your payment has reached our account. In the event that your payment has not reached our account, your application will be withheld until such payment is received.

Attention applicants applying directly at the Visa Application Centre: We will not accept payments made through Bank!  

Incomplete applications

If the supporting documentation for your application is not complete, you will be contacted at the telephone number indicated in your application form to request you to supply the pending documents as soon as possible. In such a case, the usual delay for processing your application (4 working days from the day that it is deposited by DHL at the Visa Centre) would be suspended until you supply the pending documents and the application is complete.

Return of passports by courier

If the applicant wants his passport to be returned by courier, it will be sent back to the address indicated in the visa application form. Please do not forget to indicate your ZIP code. We remind you to pay the applicable courier fee at VTB24 bank together with visa fees and service charge.

Be aware that the delivery of passports by courier service can only be done within the Russian Federation. Russian law does not allow sending passports abroad.
