This site provides information on procedures applicable to all Russian and foreign nationals residing in Russia who wish to apply for a short stay visa to travel to Spain.

This site is a part of the Consulate General of Spain and an initiative to ease the visa application process for Russian residents.

For Prospective Applicants

If you wish to apply for a short-term (up to 90 days stay) visa to Spain, kindly read the information on this site carefully. If you follow the guidelines listed on this site, you will be able to submit your documents accurately. This will reduce the chances of your application being rejected due to incomplete or faulty submission of documents.
 
VISA APPLYING PROCESS
Applicants wishing to apply for a transit visa or a short stay visa up to 90 days are required to submit their applications with all requisite documents at the Spain Visa Application Centres mentioned below.

Notes:

Applications for Long Stay visas (Studies of more than 90 days and Residence) must be submitted directly at the Consulate General of Spain in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Attention applicants applying directly at the Visa Application Centre: We will not accept payments made through Bank! Fees are paid in cash in rubles at the Visa Centre the day of application.

As per the New Russian Law on Personal Data Protection, all Applicants who are applying themselves or through a Courier Representative need to ensure that the Forms are signed by each Individual and submitted along with their Application. For these Forms please click here.

The visa application can’t be done earlier, than 3 months prior to the prospective trip.
